I am the glory of God on earth today!
“But the God of all grace, who hath called us unto his eternal glory by Christ Jesus” (1 Pet. 5:10 KJV).
Many believers think of light, fire, and cloud when they hear about the glory of God in their lives today. Others think about a church meeting with God’s power manifesting to fill the room. Though all of these are evidence of God’s glory, they are only the tip of the iceberg.
God has called the believer into His eternal glory. This is the wonder of grace. God’s glory is the manifestation of His presence, with a display of His attributes. In the Old Testament, it was seen as a cloud. When Jesus showed up, it was seen as a Man. Jesus is the glory of God revealed for all flesh to see. He was the visible expression of the Godhead. Today, Christ lives in us as one with us. The glory Himself has become one with us. He wants to manifest His fullness through you, as you! You are now the visible manifestation of the invisible God. God wants to use your life to display His excellency and beauties!
MEDITATE
Ponder the truth that God has called us into His very glory. Think on it, mutter it, and say out loud until it takes hold of your spirit.
APPLY THE WORD
God wants your life to be a full expression of His life wherever you go. That means whoever meets you today meets God! Be conscious of who you are and whom you are called to be. You cannot do just anything with your body because of who you are. Talk and act as God does today!
PRAY
Thank the Lord for His grace, to bring us into the very glory of God.
