And if ye be Christ’s, then are ye Abraham’s seed, and heirs according to the promise. (Gal. 3:29)

The seed of Abraham is the Son of Abraham who was going to inherit the blessing and promises God made to his father. Imagine someone wealthy and influential had made a promise to your father and mother, that their child that will be born, that is you, will be given $10 billion dollars to live by from the time they are born! You would have been born into this promise, this blessing, that you will receive as an inheritance without sweat or struggle. It will have nothing to do with you-your will get it because of your parents. If you can grasp this, then you will fully understand the full import of the seed of Abraham that God had promised to bless.

The blessing of Abraham includes both natural and spiritual blessings. The jews are the natural born children of Abraham, and heirs of the natural blessings. Do you doubt the power of the blessing? Think about this-less than 2% of the US population are Jews but they occupy close to 50% of the Forbes billionaire list. If you think it is because these people are simply more financially smart, then you are mistaken, and looking at things purely from a human perspective. There is a power behind these group of men God has specially choose amongst all nations. Their secret-they are the children, who by inheritance, have obtained the natural blessing God promised to Abraham.

Jesus is actually the Seed of Abraham that would come out of Israel to whom the promises were made. Look at the scripture above and see the mysterious working of God. “And if ye be Christ’s, then are ye Abraham’s seed, and heirs according to the promise“. God says here, that when you believed in Christ as a Christian, you have put on Christ who is the Seed of Abraham and therefore become the seed of  Abraham! How?  Galatians 3:14 explains it, “That the blessing of Abraham might come on the Gentiles through Jesus Christ; that we might receive the promise of the Spirit through faith”. What is working for the jews has been given to you by faith in Christ. Can you stretch your faith and receive this? If you can, then your journey for supernatural expansion in whatever you do on earth has begun!

The secret is catching this revelation and walking in it by faith.  Unfortunately, many Christians are still trying to obtain the blessing. They too often make the error of thinking that they have to tithe or sow seeds to make God give them the blessing. Big mistake. You give, not to obtain the blessing which you already have, but to put that blessing to work! This might seem small but it will change your world if you catch it.Change paradigm. Think differently in light of God’s Word.  Start seeing yourself the way God sees you. You are the seed of Abraham, and heirs of the blessing of Abraham, with all its natural and spiritual benefits!

MEDITATE

The Word in your  mind and mouth (1 Tim 4:15; Josh 1: 8)

Who are you? Meditate on today’s scripture above until it gets into your spirit, in the light of the devotional above. Think about it, and say it out loud to yourself, that ” you are the seed of Abraham”,  and that you “have the blessing of Abraham” working in your life…

PRAY

Water the Seed( word) to grow. Invite the Spirit’s strength! (Isa 32:15; Zach 4:6)

 The biggest obstacle to overcome is our lack of revelation on the subject. It takes the eye opening of the Spirit to take a hold of this. Pray and ask the Lord to give you the Spirit of wisdom and revelation in this area.

APPLY THE WORD TODAY!

Your door to a blessed life today is doing God’s Word. Refuse to be a hearer or reader only! (James 1:22-26)

When God brings a revelation to you, it means He is wanting to change an aspect of your life. Your key to a new level in every aspect of your life, including your finances, is the revelation that will produce faith. You are the seed of Abraham.The Word of God shared above is enough to cause a transformation in your entire life, and finances, if you will catch it and run with it. Think differently today. There is something in you, as the seed of Abraham, that gives you ideas to create wealth. It gives you talents and makes the works of your hands prosper. That is the blessing. It is the power to get wealth in Deut 8:18. It goes into effect in your life today as a believer by faith-believing and acting! It is hindered by unbelief.
