How to receive a miracle today

But as many as received Him, to them He gave the right to become children of God, even to those who believe in His name, (Jn. 1:12 NAS)

We can learn how to receive a miracle from the Lord. We can learn and grow in spiritual things just as we can learn things naturally. The Bible teaches us in Hebrews 5:14 that ” solid food is for the mature, who because of practice have their senses trained to discern good and evil”. Those who are mature in the things of the spirit have “trained their spiritual senses. You can also get trained in the Word by the Spirit to relate to God.

Receiving a miracle from God is much simpler in the Word that we have made it to be. How did you receive Christ? John 1:12 above says “as many as received Him”. Receiving a miracle is not different from the way we received Christ if we can maintain the same child-like faith that depends completely on Christ as the desperate sinner often has at conversion.You receive from God the moment you believe His Word. This is the key. It is a spiritual thing. Do not wait for the physical manifestation, otherwise, you will receive and lose your miracle because you did not know you received already. What do you do when you receive a gift from someone? You send them a thank you note! You get excited about the gift. That is faith! Once you have received it, you are no longer trying to get it. It is yours. You start rejoicing, thanking God for it, speaking it out and acting as though it is truly yours. Train yourself today on how to receive a miracle.

Ponder and mutter on the scripture above. His Word takes root in our hearts as we ponder upon it. The miracle you are expecting, have you truly received it already inside you?

Pray

Yes, you can be trained by the Spirit in the Word on how to receive a miracle! That is why we grow in the faith. Ask the Spirit to help you as you get into the Word to get trained and to grow in your faith. You do not want to struggle with receiving from God today the same way you did 5 years ago. Your life is forward and upward always!

Act on the Word!

Your miracle begins when you locate and take a hold of the Word of God for that situation. Receiving from God is “squeezing your miracle from the Word”. Before you go and face that situation in life today, make sure you have located the word that addresses the mountain. As you meditate on it, the Spirit imparts your spirit with revelation and faith springs up. As you believe the word, you receive right there. So you can receive your miracle in your room even before you step out! You now face the situation NOT TRYING to receive a miracle but thanking God for the miracle you ALREADY RECEIVED! You are wired by God for victory, every day including today.
