The Helper is Here

But the Helper (Comforter, Advocate, Intercessor–Counselor, Strengthener, Standby,) the Holy Spirit, whom the Father will send in My name [in My place, to represent Me and act on My behalf,] He will teach you all things. And He will help you remember everything that I have told you. ( John 14:26 AMP).

The Helper-daily devotional

The Helper, the Holy Spirit, is here! He lives in you. The secret to a life beyond limits and full of glory in both spiritual and natural matters is the Holy Spirit. He is called the “Helper” in the verse above. Without any complex explanations, the word Helper simply means helper! He is here to help you do all the things you will ever need to do in your life, from spiritual growth and ministry to growing your business or putting your family together. He is your Helper!

The Amplified translation above is so insightful towards understanding the ministry of the Helper. Did you notice the words “. . . in My place, to represent Me . . .?” If you want to understand who the Holy Spirit is and understand His ministry of helping us, then look at Jesus and how He related to the disciples. When they were hungry, He fed them. When they were threatened by a storm, He calmed the storm.

The Helper, however, will be different from the physical Jesus who was with the disciples because He is inside of you and helps you from within. All you need to do is recognize Him and open your life to His help.

There is no reason for you to fail in life. The Helper inside of you has all the wisdom and power that created the world. Your Helper is here!
