For the Lord God is a sun and shield: The Lord will give grace and glory: No good thing will he withhold from them that walk uprightly (Psalm 84:11 KJV) 

The Lord promised in Psalms 84:11  above that He will give both grace and glory, which we called the blessed duo in a prior devotional. Furthermore, we stated that the glory of God results from His grace – glory is the visible expression of grace. Let us review how God will fulfill this prophetic word practically.

In Proverbs 4:18, the Lord tells us His glory shines brighter and brighter, like the morning sun. His glory will not invade the earth at once but in slowly increasing intensity. Furthermore, the Lord increases His glory by increasing His grace. I have called the grace wave in this devotional, this progressively increasing level of grace that produces corresponding higher dimensions of glory. 

Finally, God increases grace by increasing the revelation of His Son. Every wave of the revelation of Christ will unlock more grace and move the Church forward towards becoming more like Him. The more we become like Him, the more glorious we become. Every wave of grace produces a corresponding wave of glory, and this will continue until the earth is filled with the glory of the Lord as the waters cover the sea! (Habakkuk 2:14).

In summary, the grace wave is the move of the Spirit that will reveal Christ to His people, releasing higher dimensions of grace and unveiling higher levels of the glory. The grace wave will fulfill Romans 8:9:  creation waiting to see the manifestations of the sons of God!

There are waves of glory sweeping across the earth; this increasing glory is taking place alongside the growing darkness in the world. The Lord is sending waves of revelations of His Son, like rain from heaven to mature His people, just as the latter rain brings the crops to maturity. Align yourself with what the Spirit is doing. Let those heavenly waves of the revelation of Christ continually move over you!

Ask the Father to fill the earth with His glory as the waters cover the sea as He promised.
