Enroll in the Holy Ghost University today!

I will instruct thee and teach thee in the way which thou shalt go: I will guide thee with mine eye. (Ps. 32:8)

The Holy Spirit is much more than speaking in tongues and falling under the power in church circles. He is the One who gives us the power to speak in tongues. It is His power that is at work when people get slain in the Spirit, but the Holy Ghost was sent with greater assignments than these.

One of the key ministries of the Holy Spirit in our lives as believers is to teach us. He teaches us about God, Christ, who we are in Christ and how to operate in the Word of God and have victory in all things in life. He does not end there. David said  “He teacheth my hands to war; so that a bow of steel is broken by mine arms. (2 Sam. 22:35). We know David as a mighty man of war but little do we know that he was taught by God how to war! David was enrolled in the Holy Ghost University! The Apostle John tells us  “But the anointing which ye have received of him abideth in you, and ye need not that any man teach you: but as the same anointing teacheth you of all things, and is truth, and is no lie, and even as it hath taught you, ye shall abide in him” (1 Jn. 2:27).

The Holy Spirit can teach us the affairs of life. If He taught David how to war, He can teach you what to do at work and at home. He can teach you how to operate that business.  Our main scripture above gives us  God’s Word that He will teach and instruct us. He fulfills this Word today in our lives by the operation of the Holy Spirit. Some might be reading this and wonder “can this be true?”. If you do not know and do not believe it, you will obviously not see it. The issue is that many of us are not yet enrolled in this University where the Holy Ghost is the Teacher. You enroll by training yourself to trust and receive His instruction.

Proverbs 3:5 says “In all thy ways acknowledge him, and he shall direct thy paths”. Enroll today in His course of life by learning to acknowledge Him in everything. That’s the reason we pray about things. You might have been doing this without realizing the reason why. You submit yourself to His leadership and He will teach you what to do and how to do it. Learn to sit at His feet to learn God’s Word. As you develop the habit of meditating on the Word and praying, your spirit becomes sensitive to pick up lectures from on High!  Be a student of the Holy Ghost University!
