Your people will offer themselves willingly in the day of Your power, in the beauty of holiness and in holy array out of the womb of the morning; to You [will spring forth] Your young men, who are as the dew  (Psalm 110:3, AMP)

The time has arrived for a long-awaited prophecy in scripture to be fulfilled. Many of you might not be familiar with the prophetic Word God spoke long ago regarding the young people of this generation. Please take a moment to re-read the verse above. The last sentence reads “ to You will spring forth Your young men, who are as the dew”! 

Let me bring this verse home by noting the different parts of this prophetic word in the verse. The first is the clause “ your people will offer themselves willingly in the day of Your power.” What is the day of His power? The first verse of the chapter says the Father told Jesus to sit at His right hand until He subdues all His enemies. Power is required to subdue enemies, and there are enemies that will be subdued here and now before Jesus comes. God has promised the release of an unprecedented dimension of power to His people to reign in this present world and subdue all His enemies. I am glad to inform you that these are the days of His power, the days for the fulfillment of this prophecy. Something is happening in the Church. Power is bubbling like water in a boiler. It will erupt as a volcano unleashing larva in the air!

It goes further to say young people will not only offer themselves willingly in the day of His power but they will run to  Him( Jesus)  as the dew settles on  the grass! 

Satan is after young people for a reason. He is ruining the lives of millions of them with sexual immorality, addictions, pornography, stubbornness, crimes, jails, etc. Many young people grow up indoctrinated with the lie from the pit of hell that following Jesus means missing out on life. They follow the world and end up with hurts, pains, suicidal thoughts, depressions and bondage of all sorts rather than the euphoria, bliss and Alice-in-the-wonderland experience that was promised to them by life in their teenage years. But there is something better.

The prophetic word above was spoken over the young people of this generation.  God has specifically earmarked them for an unprecedented manifesting of His power and glory on the earth. Satan wants this generation of young people so badly. He knows they are his  ruin, if these young people discover what has been written about them. Our youths need to know that they can be beautiful yet holy in body and mind. They can be young and be full of the Holy Ghost rather than alcohol and drugs. 

It is time for this prophetic word to be fulfilled!

In my teenage years, a lie crept into my mind that spoke within me  constantly saying  “it is normal for all young men to “enjoy life” with women, alcohol, wild partying etc. I grew up knowing that one day I will leave God to go to the world and enjoy myself before coming back. Thank God that never happened! Many young people are still accepting this demonic lie, and they go into the world, ruin their lives and then come to God in shambles to take years  just to recover and  build their lives again. Some come to God barely breathing to be resuscitated. Sadly, others never find their way back. You must not go into the world before coming back to God! It is Satan’s snare for all of us. You are chosen for a special assignment from God. It is your season, it is the day of His power, and you are the privileged one on the scene now, whether you are young or old!

Thank the Lord for the blessing of young people and the prophetic word spoken over them.
