God’s Word contains your miracle
He sent his word, and healed them, and delivered them from their destructions. (Ps. 107:20)
God’s Word given to us in the scriptures as the Bible is a mystery we carry in our hands every day. It is critical to have a revelation of what the Bible really is. We have known that the Bible is much more than a book. Â It is the full self-revelation of God to man that has been preserved for us in written words. This is what is called the Logos in the Greek. The very voice of God is behind every verse of the scriptures. Since the words of His mouth are eternal, it means what He said 4000 years ago has not varnished. It carries the full force today, as it did many years ago. The voice of God that spoke the Word revealed in the book of Genesis is still fully potent today and has not lost an inch of its power.
When God wants to give someone a miracle, He does so by speaking to them. This is a simple yet profound spiritual reality that has the capacity to change your entire spiritual life. That means if God is going to heal you today, He will speak to you. His Word to you carries His power to bring healing in your body. He sent His Word and healed them. This truth is not limited to healing. Indeed all things we need, have been given to us freely by grace and brought to us packaged in God’s Word. That includes financial provisions, wisdom for our day, power, peace, joy, deliverance, etc.
Learning how to receive from God’s Word is one of the most important skills you can ever cultivate as a believer for your everyday victory. This is where faith comes in. It is the hand that receives from God. God is no longer making decisions whether to give to us or not. He has already told us that He has given to us all things that we ever need. “According as his divine power hath given unto us all things that pertain unto life and godliness, through the knowledge of him that hath called us to glory and virtue (2 Pet. 1:3 KJV). Know that there is something in the Word for you, and go for it. Pay attention to His Word.
MEDITATE
The Word in your  mind and mouth (1 Tim 4:15; Joshua 1: 8)
Meditation allows us to digest and assimilate what is contained in the Word, as much as we digest and absorb the nutrients contained in the food we eat. Ponder and mutter God’s Word above.
PRAY
Water the Seed( word) to grow. Invite the Spirit’s strength! (Isa 32:15; Zach 4:6)
It is vital we understand what God’s Word is. Ask the Father to open your understanding to know what the Bible really is. Ask the Lord to cause you to desire His Word.
APPLY THE WORD TODAY!
Your door to  a blessed life today is doing God’s Word. Refuse to be a hearer or reader only! (James 1:22-26)
Acting on what God has said releases the content of His Word. Do not just read His Word. Act upon it. Do something about what you have read today. The steps you take after hearing and believing God’s Word is what faith is, because faith is seen and heard. A good starting point is to make a decision to pay attention to God’s Word from today- to study it, meditate upon it and learn to allow it guide your life. This will be the best decision you can ever make in your life to set your life on course for  victory perpetually.
