You are in the Spirit
But you are not in the flesh but in the Spirit, if indeed the Spirit of God dwells in you. Now if anyone does not have the Spirit of Christ, he is not His (Rom. 8:9 NKJ).
Romans 8:9 above states in very clear terms that you are not in the flesh, but in the Spirit. And it goes further to describe to us how God brought us into the place called “in the Spirit” by adding, ” . . . if indeed the Spirit of God dwells in you.” The coming of the Holy Spirit to live in the believer, which occurs at the new birth, automatically brought us into the Spirit.
Being brought into the Spirit can be compared to getting into a house where God lives. Once you get into the house, you can meet with God and talk with Him. You can receive what He gives you. God therefore “hears” what you are talking about because you are in the house, or in the Spirit.
Someone who is out of the Spirit can talk as much as they want, but God does not “hear” them because they are out of His house. God relates with us only in His Spirit.
Since you are already in the Spirit, you do not need to do anything yourself to get into the Spirit. You are in Him already. You just have to learn to walk in the Spirit as you allow the indwelling Spirit to guide your life (Gal. 5:25.)
MEDITATE
From the devotional above, when were we brought into the Spirit as believers? See Joh. 3:3-5. Why do many  unsaved individuals sincerely believe that Christianity is foolishness? See 1 Cor. 2:14.
APPLY THE WORD
